CARSTEN SUDHOFF
Since 2016, I have been a member of the Management Team at von Rundstedt Switzerland, bringing over two decades of global leadership and consulting expertise. From 2008 to 2013, I served as Chief Human Resources Officer at the World Economic Forum (WEF), where I also led the Think Tank on “New Models of Leadership,” collaborating with renowned experts from business, academia, and civil society to address complexities in leadership, collaboration, and ecosystems. In 2013, I founded CircularSociety AG, a business advisory firm, leveraging my WEF experience to consult organisations and coach executives on business development, sustainability, collaboration, and personal growth. Prior to this, I held diverse leadership roles at DaimlerChrysler across France, Germany, Vietnam, the USA, and China from 1997 to 2008. An MBA graduate in Entrepreneurship from HEC Paris, I have lived and worked in eight countries across three continents and hold Swiss and German citizenship. As an international keynote speaker, moderator, and facilitator.
