SANDRA BOYD, CEO & CO-FOUNDER, TALENTWISE COLLECTIVE
My 35-year career has been focused on transforming workplaces into environments where human connections thrive, throughout my roles as a consultant, business leader, and board member. This passion has only intensified through the diverse economic and political landscapes we have been faced with.
Through this people-centric lens, I draw on my wisdom, based not only on my client experience, but also my first-hand experience building businesses, to navigate complexity — identifying root causes of organizational challenges, providing realistic, simple solutions, and strategic guidance — delivered with authenticity and a touch of humour.
As an avid consumer of knowledge and research myself, and a published author, I want to leverage the power of communication in my own writing and speaking to connect with others in meaningful ways and create momentum that drives progress. There’s real energy in using our words to lead, influence, and build something bigger than ourselves.
KIRSTEN STANGER, SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT & CO-FOUNDER, TALENTWISE COLLECTIVE
My passion has always been people, and the centre of my career. Over 25 years, I have expressed that passion through different human capital research and advisory roles, spanning the corporate and not-for-profit sectors, including labour relations, HR, diversity, career transition and management, change management, and leadership development. My ultimate aim is to create workplaces where people and businesses succeed together.
Most of my time is spent designing and delivering engaging, real-world programs on leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, corporate culture, change management, coaching skills, and career development.
Whether it’s leading culture assessments, guiding organizations through transformational change, enhancing leadership capabilities, or coaching individuals on their careers, I bring my whole-self to the experience: Genuine. Thoughtful. Quirky. Fun. Empowering. Caring. Stimulating. Supportive.
